Q Why was the partnership set up?
A The Croydon 14-19 Partnership was set up as a result of the inspection of Croydon's educational provision for 14-19 year-olds.  Our aim is to broaden and improve opportunities for these students by expanding post 16 provision; broadening choice at 14-16; and developing 14-19 progression pathways.  Funded by the Learning and Skills Council the partnership works with Croydon Local Education Authority, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Work Based Learning Providers and the Connexions Service to meet this aim.
